Coal Pensions have embarked on a complete overhaul of 3 Furzeground Way in conjunction with LaSalle Asset Management and MHBC. This project was the third phase following the recent lease expiry on the 1st floor North and half of the South wings. The project on the 1st floor of 3 Furzeground Way, Stockley Park included the stripping out the existing CAT ‘B’ fit out, including electrical systems and the VAV system. The floor was then configured to suit a CAT ‘A’ layout with a new VRF system being installed. The key focus on the project was to ensure that disruption to the other tenants in the building was avoided and not disturbed.
- The main challenge on this project was to minimise all disruption to other tenants within Furzeground Way. All noisy works were required to be completed out of hours and the 8build team to be in constant dialogue with the building manager to coordinate all other works.
