We recognise that good employee training will help to improve both company and individual performances. We review individual needs of our employees and then tailor the training accordingly. Our aim is to ensure that everyone has the correct skills to perform their job correctly and understands our values, priorities, vision and the company’s objectives. This maximises their potential by engaging in industry recognised training schemes such as CITB, CIOB and CSCS.
All employees are suitably trained or instructed to enable them to carry out their role. We have an annual Safety Training Programme and arrangements in place for the Health & Safety Training necessary to be carried out by the our Safety Consultants and other training companies.
We also operate an internal training academy. This academy runs various courses throughout the academic year which all employees are encouraged to attend for their personal benefit as well as the company’s. These courses cover various areas including, technical, contractual and informative subjects. Some subjects are mandatory for junior staff to bring them up to the required level of knowledge as quickly as possible.
