Motive Partners is a next-generation investment firm, focused on technology enabled companies that power the financial service industry. The project involves the conversion of an existing CAT-A space to a full CAT-B working floor. This will include several meeting rooms, collaborative desk space, an auditorium, terrace seating area and a reception area.
Our client requires several meeting rooms to be built, including two large board rooms with extensive AV capability, a new auditorium with a rear projection screen and a high-end reception area with several bespoke joinery items including a feature reception desk. There will also be an open plan cafeteria with a terrace seating area for staff members.
The project also contains the existing waffle slab being made good and painted white; including all exiting landlord high level services. Existing waffle pocket and flat areas to be lined with acoustic padding in identified locations. All new Mechanical and Electrical services throughout, with new structured cabling and comms room with fire suppression; comms will also have dedicated cooling. New drywall partitions will be installed with bespoke glazed demountable partition systems and new floor finishes will be fitted on top of the existing raised floor.
