Soho Wharf, Clink Street

Angle Property, a leading developer who creates and enhances value from under-performing
assets and unlocks development potential, alongside principle funding partner for this project
Palmer Capital, required the refurbishment and extension of the Soho Wharf on Clink Street.

The characterful, mixed-use building which is situated in the heart of London and moments
away from borough market, is multi- let to several occupiers including Gourmet Burger Kitchen
and The Clink Museum. The project required the refurbishment and extension to the upper
floors to create a cutting edge, sustainable, open plan warehouse style office, together with
new residential apartments which have outstanding City and Thames views.

The team at 8build have successfully completed a very difficult refurbishment and extension of our building in SE1 with a 110% professional, pragmatic and positive approach. We are now working on our second project together and I look forward to many more
