ISO 9001:2008
A Quality Management System (QMS) such as ISO 9001 provides a management framework that gives us the necessary controls to address risks and monitor and measure performance in our business. It can also help us to look for improvements through internal and external communications. Our Quality Manual was constructed by looking at the management system we previously had in place and combining it with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Outlined below are our objectives:

> To deliver our clients the standards of quality specified in the contract and to exceed these standards where possible.
> To create and maintain a culture of quality within the company
> To meet all legal requirements in respect of quality.
> To provide the resources necessary to achieve the required level of quality.
> To ensure that all consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors and others who are involved in our projects meet the required quality standards.
> To continually review, improve and implement quality control and best practice procedures.
> To seek feedback from our clients and consultants as to the level of quality delivered.
