Transition Team
We have worked with a developer as our client, to address gaps in the transition process between the completion of a new development and the completed fit out by new tenants. Often when buildings are multi tenanted, there are numerous contractors on site carrying out the works, which leads to  serious logistical complications for the development itself and the nearby surrounding businesses, residents etc. To address this we now supply a Transition Team dedicated to our developer clients for their developments.

The remit of the Transition Team ranges from permit to work systems, Health and Safety management, delivery regimes, back of house security and access arrangements through to key control and housekeeping. They also aim to reduce environmental impact and the carbon footprint of a building by recycling and co-ordinating waste management systems to minimise any un-necessary procedures and waste during the construction phase of the project.

Our most recent project  facilitated 5 main contractor fit outs successfully and oversaw  8173 site operatives at its busiest peak. As well as this the project also achieved an exemplary waste removal and recycling statistics of 97% by coordinating the waste removal of all contractors on the site.
