Giving Back to our Employees
We understand that successful CSR actively involves everyone in the company ‘getting involved’- Our involvement with wider corporate social responsibility initiatives would not work without the involvement and willingness of our employees.  We rely on them to spend time with the children we bring on work placements, work experience and open house days. We also rely on them to mentor and support our graduates and take part in initiatives such as the CIOB graduate scheme, work with Inspire students, take part in London Better Together Day, and our involvement with the charity Article 25.  We also rely on our staff to champion initiatives such as ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 etc.

It’s not compulsary for our staff to get involved, but most do and often find it very rewarding. This was substantiated by our being voted as one of the Top 5 Industry Employers, in Building Magazines, ‘The Good Employers Guide’ - this involved an independent poll of our staff, and our commitment to CSR was one of the elements in which they rated us highly. We also support our staff with their own initiatives and always seek to sponsor their daring feats and triumphant journeys.
