Giving Back to the Industry
We have created an Afilli8 scheme for our suppliers, that focuses not just on financial gains, but sharing best practice and CSR commitments, for example; we encourage them to offer placements to inspire students, some participated in the London Better Together Day, and many have donated Auction Prizes for our Article 25 event.

Encouraging Graduates, we encourage young people to become a part of this exciting industry through our own graduate training system, offering students with non construction related degrees CIOB accredited placements with us. We are also a construction ambassador working with the CITB, to enlighten both adults and children on the merits of being part of the construction industry.

The work we do with the CITB, CIOB, Inspire etc. is in recognition of the future skills gap within our industry, we realise that if we don’t act now the industry is going to be affected in the future, we see our contribution as essential in helping to combat this potential problem.
