Considerate Constructors Award
Considerate Constructors recently awarded 8build a Bronze award for the standards of excellence displayed at the Regents Place site for British Land. The award presented to Cliff Broomfield was in the highest scoring 7½% of sites in the UK, with exceptional achievements in the area of Safety.
The scheme aims to improve and encourage best practise and standards within the industry with members abiding by a Code of Considerate Practice, which measures the performance of sites in 8 areas, Consideration, Environment, Cleanliness, Good Neighbour, Respectful, Safe, Responsibility, and Accountability.
The awards recognise sites’ that have excellent standards of consideration. From a staggering 7000 eligible sites we were selected as one of the 560 sites to win an award.
The judges citied that, ‘This site was a credit to 8build Ltd and to the site team.’
