8build Secure £100k Fit-out for 3i, 16 Palace Street, London
3i is a world leader in private equity that has been in operation for 60 years. They work with talented management teams to develop businesses that have potential for significant growth.
They looked to 8build to renovate 4 high quality offices on the first floor of their head quarters in SW1. The works will involve fitting new glass front offices with drywall cross walls, alongside high level acoustic barriers, full height fabric and specialist whiteboard paneling and all necessary services modifications. Works will be taking place within a fully occupied building and we will be responsible for the design and building control approval.
