8build Appointed on 4 year Framework for Imperial College
Imperial College owns the largest estate in the UK Higher education sector, which comprises of one main campus in South Kensington and five medical campuses in central London, together with Silwood Park (Berkshire) and Wye (Ashford, Kent) campuses. They use a framework of approved consultants and contractors to deliver all projects between the value of £100,000 and £15 million. This is renewed on a 4 year basis and we have been successful in being appointed onto the third generation framework until 2012.
The college undertakes a vast range of new build and management projects across all of their campuses, which averages at 200 per annum. Currently they are spending £100 million per annum on construction projects to improve their research and science facilities.
