8build Start Transition Team at 201 Bishopsgate and Broadgate Tower
Recently 8build’s Ben Dircks, Zach Malsem, Phil Wilson and Steve Morton are part of the transition team undertaking the project alongside M3 and Broadgate Estates. Together all 3 companies will run back of house security, delivery systems, vertical transportation and permit systems for the whole development. The occupier fit-out contractors will have to comply and take responsibility for the aspect of development from shell and core PC by Boris until approximately 70-80% tenant occupancy has been achieved.
