8build Launches New Engineering Arm - R.E.M
8build have ventured into a new commercial project specialising in engineering, ‘Resilient Engineering Matters.’ This new company will provide quality and advice for organisations throughout a variety of industries on all aspects of their critical services such as; cooling and power systems. Specifically, how these systems should be effectively commissioned and tested.
We feel that whilst there exists to be an overflowing market of organisations willing to design or build critical facilities cooling and power systems, large professional city organisations struggle to obtain quality advice on how these systems should be effectively commissioned or tested.
Many clients simply do not have the time resource to manage contractor based projects to ensure that delivery is to the standards expected by the relevant business groups and that they receive the best précis of project status on a regular basis. In short, many clients need an independent advisor who can meet these requirements by identifying the issues and providing solutions. To meet that need we created REM.
