8build have just secured a project for the International banking firm Blom Bank France, this project will be the bank’s flagship retail branch within the UK.

The £1.6m project on Brompton Road will see a current retail unit on the ground floor converted into a customer banking hall facility, in addition the upper basement, first and second floors will be refurbished to provide additional banking facilities.

A new VRV system is to be installed and the current stone façade is to be reconstructed to full height security glazed panels, as well as refurbishment of the windows and installation of new doors and signage.

Blom Bank has been named “The Best Retail Bank in the Middle East” and “Best Investment Bank in the Middle East” for the year 2010 from Banker Middle East.

Works for this project are due to commence in Summer 2011.
