New Ways of Working
As a company promoting the benefits of lean construction, we advocate non adversarial mutually supportive types of business relationship, at all levels. Not only that, we practice it. Below are 2 examples of how we work for and in partnership with another main contractor and a subcontractor. Ultimately each of these new ways of working, provide mutually beneficial relationships for each party and the most advantageous outcome for the end client.
> Working with other Contractors, we provide fit out management teams, to a developer’s in house contracting organisation and provide a facility that enables the developer’s in house contractor to concentrate on core skills and increase their capacity to react to tenants needs more effectively.
> We also act as a partner to a services contractor providing the client with a new way of procuring data centres. We provide main contractor expertise in a services biased environment giving the client a direct contractual relationship with the services contractor where 70-80% of the value of the project is in the services. We provide all the usual preliminary activities and logistics as well as the construction work. It maintains a single point of contractual responsibility and significant cost savings for the client.
