Currently the construction market is extremely competitve with clients adding more contractors to their tender lists, there are also contractors moving into sectors that they typically do not deliver within. In some respects prices are reducing, especially labour, but in others manufactuing costs are rising due to reduced quantities, therefore, expected buying gains for clients are not at the levels predicted 6 months ago.
