How do you ensure your supply chain will deliver a quality project?
All our supply chain and Affili8 members are vetted through our prequalification questionnaire, this ensures the subcontractor has a good financial standing, covers health and safety requirements and has the various insurances required, in addition to this all subcontractors are regularly credit checked. We also regularly monitor their progress and review this on completion of our projects. A weekly supply chain meeting is held to review current supply chain members and also provides an opportunity for other new subcontractors and suppliers to join if they are suitable.
